We are getting closer!!! The first homes at Grand Oaks Paseo are almost complete! Before we can allow the public on site we have to have our roads in. This week we are expecting for the gas lines to be laid and following the gas lines, the water lines for the development will be installed. After water is in we will be ready to put in the roads and then we will be scheduling showings of some of the first few homes. We will reach out again through this portal when we are ready to schedule showings and prior to the homes being listed for sale.
